The pricing for MGS5 has been met with poor reception. Originally priced at $39.99 for physical copies on Xbone and PS4, pricing has dropped to match those of the physicals for X360 and PS3 at $29.99. Digital versions for both generations remain unchanged, $29.99 for Xbone and PS4, and $19.99 for X360 and PS3.
