I tried this out, its pretty rad.

I figured the crossbow would double as Mussleback, and it kinda does. Especially with Lightning, but the bolts are expensive.

Switch it out with a Pyromancy Flame for easy arson.

• Utilizes the Great Hammer weapon class to inflict maximum poise damage
  
• Allows a follow up Hammer attack or switch to Cestus to inflict 40% extra damage while staggered
  
• Bash attack on Havel Shield is replaced by a buff that acts like Iron Flesh without movement penalty
  
• Armor setup keeps you in mid-roll while providing a superb poise:weight ratio
  
• Shield withstands practically anything thrown at it
  

Grim Reaper

• Faith boosts Occult Scythe's strength
  
• Bloodshield helps mitigate the Lifehunt Scythe's bleed penalty

Your objective here is to fight alongside the three knights in the church entryway. Should they already be dead, guard the ladders to the roof.
~Sen's Fortress
Here you'll be stationed on the roof, for the snakemen have laid claim to the dark inner sanctum.

The royal sentinels stand as still as statues, waiting for anyone to try and take the throne room.

Basically for this build, you'll just want to hang out with your Royal Sentinel bros in the grand hall.

Silver Knight Archer

The silver knights stayed behind to protect Anor Londo. They take advantage of a wide assortment of weaponry to drive away intruders.

You can set up anywhere in the cathedral. If using the Archer setup, camp out with Steve and Bill. For a surprise, hide behind the center rows of pillar. You'll remain unseen while your target runs up the ramp thinking there's just the two archers. For bonus dick points, hide around the corner to the balcony and keep aim with your bow. You can't miss and if they roll, well... you know.
