-=-=-=-=-=-=- Re-Release Month -=-=-=-=-=-=-
With Capcom releasing nearly all of their old titles onto XBLA, it seemed only natural their next drop-off would be Mega Man related. Capcom announced that they will be releasing the Mega Man: Mega Collection sometime this month. The collection will be sold in retail and has been confirmed to contain Mega Man 1-10, the entire Mega Man X series, Zero series, Legends 1&2, and Battlenet series, all for $40.
Capcom wasn't the only one to announce a collection for this month. Square Enix stated that they will be releasing the Final Fantasy: Anniversary Collection. The 6 disc set will include Final Fantasy 1-6 on one disc and FF 7-10 & 12 on their own discs. Standard edition is priced at $50, with multiple collectors editions. For $90, you can get the Highwind Edition that comes with posters of each game and a Mog statue. For $120, you can get the Chocobo Edition that comes with the posters, Mog statue, Chocobo statue, FFXIV beta invite (PS3 version only), 3 double sided steel cases for the discs, soundtrack cds, and art books. Final Fantasy: Anniversary Collection is set to come out for 360 and PS3, April 30.

However, they promised an entry inbetween season 1 and 2 to keep fans satisfied until release. Behold The Racing Dead, a retelling of the first season in racing format. The Racing Dead is confirmed to have a rich single player campaign that will accurately portray the hard moral decisions and multiple path storylines as well as multiplayer modes. Expect to be racing through the streets of Macon to Savannah April 16, for 800MSP.
